Door zijn bijzondere klokjes achtige bloemen straalt hij rust uit maar nodigt hij zeker uit om van dichtbij te bekijken. Recent is deze vetplantensoort uitgebreid met een heel bijzonder exemplaar de kalanchoe magic bells.
